FOR SMB OWNERS UNDER 500 EMPLOYEES
I’m a Fractional AI Adoption Lead — I close the gap between the tools your company already pays for and the people who need to get real value from them.

The problem
Almost every stalled AI rollout I've seen looks healthy on paper. The tools work. The licenses are active. The problem is somewhere else, and it usually sounds like one of these.
“I don't know what to use it for.”
Access was rolled out. The work was never redesigned around it.
“I tried it, it got something wrong, and I went back to doing it myself.”
One bad answer ended the habit, and nobody was there to restart it.
“We can't say what the spend is returning.”
Usage reports tell you what is happening. They never tell you why.
“Someone pasted a customer document into a free tool.”
In the absence of a policy, people invent one.
What changes
Ranked cheapest and fastest first, with an internal owner named against every item.
Drafted from your tools and your data, not from a template.
What AI costs will result in better customer experiences, better operations, or more revenue.
Five surfaced and ranked on impact, risk and readiness, so the first one you build isn't chosen on instinct.
The measure that matters, and the one most rollouts never check.
Why this works
Three questions every owner asks me before we start, and the honest answer to each.

Sustained
Most “AI training” is a two-hour session everyone forgets by Friday. I don't do that. I do the harder, less visible work — getting leaders and teams to actually change how they work, so the tool doesn't quietly die the way the last three did.
Substantive
No. I build and configure the tools themselves using no-code platforms, so you get something running — not a slide that says “consider AI adoption.”

A focused one-hour session that produces a written AI Adoption Roadmap — a prioritized, plain-language list of where AI can save real time or money, and what order to tackle it in — plus the self-paced toolkit and templates, and a personalized ROI calculation run against your actual number of paid logins and your actual workflow.
Get your team actually using the AI tools you're already paying for.
$3,000 · typically 1 day
Up to ~15 participants; larger groups or a multi-day version scoped and quoted separately
The team leaves actually able to use the AI tools already being paid for — training built against real workflows, not generic AI 101.
Senior AI adoption leadership, without adding headcount — sized to your business.
$3,000 / month
Dedicated consulting support to ensure the AI solutions we scope on your roadmap are working. Several working sessions each month, plus email/text access between sessions
Senior AI adoption leadership without adding headcount — one workflow at a time, about one half-day session a month, a written usage policy built from your actual tools and data, and a monthly leadership check-in.
$5,000 / month
Greater time commitment from me, plus ongoing advisory access between sessions.
Full fractional AI leadership — a ranked rollout across multiple workflows, the complete use-case intake and governance process, and ongoing advisory access.
No long-term contracts. Month-to-month, and if it's not working after 60 days, you stop — you keep everything built up to that point.
One workflow at a time, on purpose. Rushed multi-workflow rollouts are exactly how adoption fails — the pattern is that nothing sticks. Sequencing them is what makes the second, third, and fourth workflow succeed instead of quietly reverting like the first three tools you tried.
Not sure where to start? Take the AI Leader Self Assessment. It takes about five minutes, and you will see where AI adoption is stuck and what to address first.

Who’s doing the work
I’m a Fractional AI Adoption Lead for small and mid-sized businesses, and I’ve focused on AI governance and adoption at enterprise scale for multiple years. I enjoy helping companies adopt new technology effectively, and I bring 15+ years in technology and process change (digital transformation, ERP rollouts, organizational redesign). Before any work begins, I make sure we’re clear about the measurable results you want. I believe in a people-first approach to AI enablement, so the team feels confident using the technology and business leaders see results from their investment.
This practice is built around AI adoption right now — the same discipline applies to any technology, process, or culture change your leadership team is navigating. If that’s your situation rather than AI specifically, this is still the right conversation to have.
How the work runs
1
Short interviews with heavy users, lapsed users and never-users. A usage map in their own words, a spend position, and an honest read on where your data goes.
2
Five use cases scored on impact, risk and readiness. A ranked plan, cheapest and fastest first, each item with an owner's name on it.
3
One thing live at a time — a workflow, an enablement module, a champion cohort trained. Something you can point at.
4
A baseline your CFO countersigns before anything changes, so what “working” means is agreed in writing while there's still nothing to argue about.
Solution demos
Short walkthroughs of working solutions. Not slideware — the actual thing, running. If one of these looks like a problem you have, we can talk about what it would take in your business.
How I work
Your first month is a defined project with a fixed deliverable.
Every tool and subscription is bought in your name, on your card, at cost. You own the accounts, the credentials and the documentation from day one - which also means you're never stranded.
I'll separate what's cash out the door, what's an additional hire you genuinely won't need to make because AI can help. Your CFO has been handed soft dollars before and is right to be skeptical.
I'll tell you what my commitments are and what response times you can hold me to, rather than let you work it out in week six.
Not a lawyer. Not a licensed accountant. Not a software procurement negotiator. Anything touching legal, tax or contract terms should go past your own counsel before you adopt it.
I focus on getting the initial solutions right with low risk, proving value, and establishing our working relationship.
