WBC AI Change Group is operated by AI Adoption Lab, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy covers wbcaichange.com, its forms, assessment, checkout, scheduling, and other online features.

Cookies are small files placed on a device. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local and session storage, scripts, and embedded services. Read it with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The site currently uses necessary browser storage to remember your cookie choice and to retain unfinished AI Leader Self Assessment progress during your browser session. Checkout technology is loaded when you deliberately open a checkout page to complete a purchase.

The embedded Calendly booking calendar is optional and does not load unless you allow functional cookies. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced embedding and load only after you choose to play one.

The site does not currently use advertising cookies or general analytics tracking. If that changes, this policy and the available choices will be updated before those technologies are used where consent is required.

Strictly necessary

These support security, navigation, forms, checkout, consent storage, and services you request. They cannot be switched off through our controls because the requested feature may not work without them.

Functional

These allow optional third-party features, currently the embedded Calendly booking calendar. Declining them does not block the rest of the site; a direct booking link remains available.

Analytics and advertising

These are not currently used for general site analytics, retargeting, interest profiles, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

• wbc-cookie-consent-v1 — WBC AI Change Group; local storage; remembers “necessary” or “functional” preference until you clear browser data.
• wbc-reality-check-v1 — WBC AI Change Group; session storage; preserves unfinished assessment progress and is removed when the browser session ends or after completion.
• Calendly technologies — Calendly; functional; may be used when you permit and load the booking calendar. Calendly controls its own cookie names and durations.
• Stripe technologies — Stripe; necessary for fraud prevention and payment processing when you open checkout. Stripe controls its own cookie names and durations.
• YouTube privacy-enhanced embed — Google/YouTube; activated only when you play a video; the provider controls any technology used after activation.

On your first visit, you can allow functional cookies, choose necessary storage only, or review settings. Silence or continued browsing is not treated as consent to optional technology.

You may change or withdraw your preference at any time. Clearing browser storage may cause the site to ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may affect assessment progress, checkout, booking, embedded content, or other requested features.

Hosting, payment processing, scheduling, forms, email, and embedded video providers may process information under their own policies when their service is used. We do not control independent third-party practices. Review a provider’s policy before supplying information or activating its content.

Depending on your location and applicable thresholds, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete information; withdraw consent; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and avoid discrimination for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details and request instructions.

The site is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, providers, law, or business practices. We will revise the last-updated date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
