Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card information, health or financial-account data, trade secrets, privileged material, regulated information, or unnecessary information about another person through public forms.

3. Sources of information

We may receive information directly from you; from your browser, device, or site interaction; from payment, scheduling, email, form, hosting, and service providers; from public business sources; from referrals or business contacts; and from authorized people at your organization.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site.
  • Provide requested products and services, process purchases, deliver resources, schedule sessions, and administer assessments.
  • Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and communicate about transactions, services, support, and permitted updates.
  • Understand demand and site performance, detect abuse or fraud, protect rights and safety, and create aggregated or deidentified information.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, and contractual obligations; enforce agreements; and establish or defend claims.

We will not use information for materially different purposes without any notice required by law. We do not use site information to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

5. AI Leader Self Assessment

Assessment responses are used to generate and email results, identify general adoption opportunities, improve the assessment, provide requested follow-up, and conduct aggregated business analysis.

The assessment is educational and is not legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, human-resources, or other professional advice. Its usefulness depends on the information you provide.

6. Purchases and payments

Third-party payment providers may collect card, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction details under their own policies. We may receive name, email, product, amount, status, limited card descriptors or provider identifiers, and refund, dispute, or cancellation information.

Review the provider’s privacy policy before completing a transaction. Refund and cancellation terms are in our Refund Policy.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use necessary browser storage for cookie choices and unfinished assessment progress. The optional Calendly calendar is blocked until functional consent; checkout technology loads when you request a purchase; YouTube content loads only after you choose to play it.

We do not currently use general analytics or advertising cookies. Manage your choices and see the current inventory in our Cookie Policy.

8. When information is disclosed

We may disclose relevant information to hosting and infrastructure providers; form, assessment, and customer-management services; payment and fraud-prevention providers; email, scheduling, video, IT, security, and support providers; professional advisers and insurers; authorities when legally required; successors in a business transaction; and parties you direct or authorize.

We disclose only as reasonably necessary to provide services, operate the business, process transactions, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or fulfill another disclosed purpose. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, respond to requests, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, address security or fraud, and meet legal obligations. Periods vary by information type, purpose, sensitivity, and legal need. When no longer needed, information is deleted, deidentified, or securely disposed of where technically feasible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Privacy rights

Subject to applicable thresholds, limitations, and exceptions, California residents and others may have rights to know and access information, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and avoid discrimination for exercising a right.

To submit a request, email bill@wbcaichange.com or write to the address above. Include your name, associated contact information, the request, and enough information for reasonable identity verification. You need not create an account. An authorized agent may act with appropriate proof.

Where required, we generally confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond to a verifiable request within 45 calendar days, with notice if reasonably necessary to extend that period. We process qualifying Global Privacy Control signals as required by law.

11. Children and third-party services

The site is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.

Links, payments, scheduling, video, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their privacy, security, availability, or content.

12. Updates, contact, and disclaimer
