1. Agreement and permitted use
These Terms govern wbcaichange.com, including its pages, forms, assessments, articles, videos, downloads, tools, and related features. The site is operated by AI Adoption Lab, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as WBC AI Change Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using it, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.
You may use the site for lawful business and informational purposes, including reviewing services and educational materials, completing an assessment, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing an offered product or service, and evaluating fit.
2. Prohibited use
You may not violate law or rights; disrupt security or availability; introduce harmful code; gain unauthorized access; scrape or systematically collect content without written permission; place unreasonable load on systems; impersonate others; submit deceptive information; send unsolicited commercial communications; or use site content to train, benchmark, or improve a competing product or service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or use could harm us, visitors, or third parties.
3. Information and professional-advice disclaimer
Site content provides general educational and business information about AI strategy, governance, enablement, implementation, and change. It may not reflect the latest legal, regulatory, technical, financial, or business developments and is not a substitute for advice from a professional who understands your circumstances.
WBC AI Change Group is not a law firm, does not act as your lawyer, and is not a licensed compliance professional. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, employment, regulated professional, certification, or regulatory-approval services through this site. Consult your qualified advisers.
Using the site, submitting a form, purchasing a product, attending a workshop, or communicating through the site does not create an attorney-client or other professional-client relationship. Do not send privileged, highly sensitive, proprietary, or confidential information through public channels unless expressly requested through a suitable secure channel.
4. AI content and responsibility
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or misleading outputs. Independently review AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it. Do not use an AI tool as the sole basis for high-impact legal, employment, health, safety, credit, insurance, financial, or regulatory decisions.
Examples, demonstrations, projections, time savings, cost savings, and adoption results are illustrative or depend on particular circumstances; they are not guarantees. You remain responsible for selecting and configuring tools, protecting data, reviewing outputs, maintaining human oversight, complying with law and contracts, and securing internal approvals.
5. Intellectual property and limited license
The site and its text, resources, branding, media, frameworks, templates, methods, assessment materials, interfaces, and software are owned by or licensed to WBC AI Change Group and protected by law. No ownership transfers to you.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use site content internally for non-commercial informational purposes. You may print or download items expressly offered for that purpose, without modification, removal of notices, resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or misrepresentation.
Displayed certification badges and marks remain property of their issuers and do not imply an endorsement, partnership, or qualification to provide regulated professional services.
6. Information you submit
You represent that information you submit is lawfully yours to provide, accurate to your knowledge, non-infringing, and does not contain unauthorized confidential or malicious material. You retain ownership.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, review, use, and process it as reasonably necessary to operate the site, answer your request, provide services, improve offerings, and comply with law. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
7. Assessments, resources, and purchases
Assessments, guides, checklists, starter kits, and sessions are general educational tools, not audits, legal opinions, compliance certifications, security assessments, accounting analyses, or guarantees. Results depend on the information you provide.
Additional checkout terms or a signed agreement may apply to paid products and services and control if they conflict with these Terms. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Payment services operate under their own terms.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Applicable taxes, fees, and third-party charges may be added.
- Services are subject to availability and scheduling.
- Refunds, cancellation, rescheduling, and delivery are governed by the Refund Policy or a separate written agreement.
8. Third-party services and site availability
Links and services for payment, scheduling, video, social media, software, and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control or necessarily endorse them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, fees, policies, products, or resulting loss.
We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, compatible, secure, or permanent availability. You are responsible for the security of your devices, accounts, passwords, and connections.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and all content, features, products, and services made available through it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express, implied, or statutory warranties.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that content will meet your requirements; remain accurate, current, complete, secure, or available; be free of harmful code; or produce a particular business, financial, operational, legal, or compliance result. Some exclusions may not apply in your jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBC AI Change Group and its owners, personnel, contractors, agents, licensors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages related to site use, reliance on content, AI outputs, third-party services, data or opportunity loss, disruption, or described products or services.
Aggregate liability relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the preceding six months or US $100. This does not limit liability that law prohibits limiting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold those parties harmless from claims and costs arising from your use, breach, unlawful conduct, Submissions, AI deployment, misuse of materials, or negligent, reckless, or intentionally wrongful conduct. We may assume exclusive control of a covered defense.
11. Privacy, cookies, and copyright
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information practices and choices. No internet transmission is completely secure; avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
To report alleged copyright infringement, send a description of the work and material, its location, your contact details, and good-faith and accuracy statements to bill@wbcaichange.com. We may restrict access while reviewing a complaint.
12. Florida law and disputes
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict principles. Where a dispute may be brought in court, state and federal courts in Duval County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction and venue unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before filing a legal claim, email bill@wbcaichange.com with a written description and requested resolution. The parties will try in good faith to resolve it informally.
13. Updates and general terms
We may update these Terms and revise the effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed while the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms and incorporated policies are the agreement concerning site use. They do not replace a separately signed agreement for consulting or other services; that signed agreement controls where it conflicts.
