Speaking and workshops
I talk to leadership teams, boards and industry groups about why AI adoption stalls in midsize companies, and what the people responsible for it can actually do.
Topics
What I talk about
You already bought the AI. Now what?
Most midsize companies are past the buying decision and stuck at the using decision. This talk covers what the licence data usually shows, why month three is the number that matters, and the handful of decisions that separate a tool in use from a tool on the invoice.
Governance your counsel can sign
What a workable AI policy contains when there is no AI department to run it: who owns it, what it says about data, what it says about the tools people already installed themselves, and how it gets reviewed without becoming a project of its own.
The people side of an AI rollout
Adoption is a change problem wearing a technology costume. This session covers naming who is affected, what different groups need before they will use something, and why the last system rollout predicts this one better than any capability assessment.
What not to automate yet
A practical session on readiness: which processes are documented enough to automate, which have no owner, and why the honest answer for several of them is not yet. Leaders leave with a list they can defend.

Tell me about the event
Four details are enough to tell whether I am the right person for the room.
Start with a conversation.
Thirty minutes on what you have already bought, who is using it, and what is actually in the way. If I am not the right person, I will say so.
