Refund Policy

AI Adoption Lab, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as WBC AI Change Group (“WBC AI Change Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), sells digital products, workshops, advisory services, and fractional consulting engagements through wbcaichange.com and related checkout pages. For legal and tax purposes, we are based in Florida, USA. We may deliver work from other countries, including Latin American countries such as Colombia.

By purchasing from WBC AI Change Group, you agree to this Refund Policy together with the applicable order confirmation, service description, and any signed agreement. If a signed agreement contains different refund or cancellation terms, the signed agreement controls. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

This Policy applies to:

• AI Upskilling Workshop: $3,000 fixed-price service
• Fractional AI Adoption Lead — Core: $3,000 per month recurring engagement
• Fractional AI Adoption Lead — Growth: $5,000 per month recurring engagement

Prices may change for future purchases. The price and terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to that transaction. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products and services as described on the website, checkout page, order confirmation, proposal, or applicable agreement.

Digital materials

Toolkits, templates, and other digital materials included with a purchase are generally delivered electronically after successful payment by download link, online access, or email instructions. If you do not receive materials within 24 hours after purchase, email bill@wbcaichange.com.

Scheduled services

Roadmap Sessions and workshops are scheduled based on mutual availability. Fractional engagements begin on the date stated in the order confirmation, proposal, or signed agreement.

You are responsible for timely access to the people, information, systems, and decisions needed to perform the services. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable personnel, or requested changes may affect delivery.

Unless this Policy or a signed agreement says otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is made. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, a change in business priorities, or a decision not to use the deliverables.

We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling where there is a compelling reason — for example material non-delivery, a duplicate charge, a documented emergency, or another exceptional circumstance. Discretionary remedies are considered case by case and do not create an entitlement.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start, to be completed within 30 calendar days. With less notice, or if you do not attend, payment is non-refundable; we may offer one rescheduling opportunity at our discretion for documented emergencies or other compelling circumstances.

After the session begins

The session is non-refundable after it begins. If our material technical problem or failure prevents delivery, we will offer reasonable rescheduling or a full or partial refund. If we cancel and cannot promptly reschedule, you may choose a full refund or rescheduled session.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise:

• Cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start for a full refund.
• Cancel 7–14 days before the start and we may retain up to 50% for work performed, preparation, scheduling, and committed resources.
• Cancel fewer than 7 days before the start, or after delivery begins, and amounts paid are generally non-refundable.
• You may request one rescheduled workshop, subject to availability and completion within 90 calendar days.

If customized preparation, curriculum development, interviews, or other work has begun, we may deduct the reasonable value of completed work. If we cancel and cannot reschedule within a reasonable period, you may choose a full refund or rescheduled workshop.

The engagement renews monthly unless canceled. The order confirmation or agreement will state the fee, billing date, scope, any minimum commitment, and additional cancellation terms. Recurring terms will be disclosed before payment information is collected.

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, you may cancel at any time by emailing bill@wbcaichange.com or using a method provided at checkout. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Submit the request at least 10 calendar days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. A later request may allow the next charge to process, with service ending after that paid month.

There is no refund for unused time, consulting hours, or partial months except as required by law, agreed in writing, or where a compelling reason applies at our discretion. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, engagements are month to month with no minimum commitment. We will provide or make available cancellation confirmation and give advance notice of material fee or term changes.

If we fail to deliver materially as described, contact us promptly. Depending on the issue, we may offer correction, replacement, completion, rescheduling, service credit, a partial refund, or a full refund.

A refund is not generally available solely because of a change in business priorities, a decision not to implement recommendations, failure to attend or participate, failure to provide needed access, results dependent on your implementation, changes in third-party tools, events outside our reasonable control, or services delivered substantially as described.

Email bill@wbcaichange.com with your name, company if applicable, purchase email, product or service, purchase date, order or invoice number if available, reason, and requested remedy. For scheduled services, include the date and time.

Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, confidential customer data, or unnecessary sensitive information. We may request reasonable information to verify the purchase.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; your provider may need more time to post them. Taxes may be refunded where required or permitted. Third-party, banking, software, platform, or currency-conversion fees not retained by us may not be refundable.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. This does not limit your right to dispute an unauthorized charge. For an authorized and delivered purchase, we may provide relevant order, delivery, attendance, communication, and cancellation records to the payment processor.

For serious illness, natural disasters, outages, platform failures, government action, or other events outside reasonable control, we may offer rescheduling, service credit, partial performance, or a refund for the undelivered portion.

This Policy does not waive refund, cancellation, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Mandatory law controls where it conflicts with this Policy. The version in effect when you purchase generally applies unless law requires otherwise or a later change expressly applies to an ongoing engagement.
